Important Information
Naturally Skin Deep aims to provide you with a caring, personal service. The salon prides itself on this service and with making you comfortable during your time at the salon.
Please take the time to read the salon policy, payment terms and confidentiality agreement.
Payment terms are by cash, card or Bank Transfer. If paying by Bank Transfer a 50% deposit is required at booking and the remainder to be paid prior to treatment.
It is at the salons discretion to any other arrangement.
A free no obligation consultation is available for facials and body correction. Please note all treatments require your personal details including medical conditions recorded on a consultation card. This card is held in the strictest of confidence and has to be held for 7 years for insurance purposes. Records are not kept on a computer so will be destroyed at the end of this period.
Naturally Skin Deep does not solicit reviews. Any reviews written on social media, google, trip advisor or any online platform without the salon's knowledge, are not in agreement with the Salon. Any reviews left with a defamatory intention, will be dealt with accordingly. Please note in leaving comments or reviews that intend to destroy the good reputation of the salon will be viewed as breach of confidentiality and your right of anonymity.
Naturally Skin Deep accepts that on occasion you may feel dissatisfied with the treatment you receive. In this instance please contact the salon at the earliest opportunity so that the matter can be dealt with sensitively. The salon appreciates to be given the opportunity to put things right, your relationship with the salon is important.
The Salon will use testimonials which are unsolicited. The names of the clients however will not be used for the purpose of maintaining anonymity.
The salon will also ask permission to use any photographs which maybe taken for use of advertising on the website or social media. The salon will never post images without consent.
Any offers the salon have are advertised on the website or social media. Emails will not be generated for marketing purposes unless you the client instruct otherwise.
Patch testing is required for tinting. This is a strict salon policy for insurance purposes, and tinting will not be carried out without a test.
Naturally Skin Deep is a small boutique salon. We do not have a reception area, and do ask that children under 11 are not brought with you to your appointments as the treatment room can be potentially hazardous to small children.
Cancellation policy.
Where possible please give 24-48 hrs notice that you need to cancel your appointment. No shows without notification with good reason will not be permitted to make further appointments.
Treatment contraindications.
Any infections of the eyes, nails or skin are contraindicated and treatment cannot be carried out at the risk of cross contamination.
We operate a strict hygiene protocol in the treatment room.
We also kindly ask if you have a cold or flu that you do not make appointments or attend appointments to prevent cross infection. In the case of stomach bugs we require you are 7 days clear.
Cancer, epilepsy or any ongoing ailments will require a Drs note to carry out any treatment. In some cases this still may not be possible for insurance purposes. Please also note that some auto immune diseases may also fall under this umbrella.
If you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol you will not be permitted to enter the salon.
